Helen Belton is a European-trained and educated beauty therapist with more than 25 years of experience in esthetics.

She is passionate about wellness and nutrition, believing that beautiful skin is achieved from inside and out. She strongly believes that the skin on our face is a window inside our bodies and that healthy nutrition and skin care combined are vital to beautiful skin.

In addition to her diploma in esthetics from Farnborough College in England, Helen earned a diploma in reflexology from the International Institute of Health and Holistic Therapies. She has also undergone extensive training in IPL facials, laser hair removal, dermaplaning, cavitation and cryolipolysis.

​

As an experienced practitioner, Helen has enjoyed passing on her knowledge as an instructor in the esthetics programs at St. Lawrence College in Kingston and Loyalist College in Belleville.

After moving to Canada from the south of England, Helen opened her own salon, Harmony Esthetics, in the Quinte area in 2000.
